 This project combines works from various authors and there are
 multiple copyright holders for many of the files.  Upstream has
 distributed a single COPYRIGHT file listing all the licenses granted
 by contributers.  All the licenses are compatible BSD terms.

 The COPYRIGHT file contains a 4-clause NetBSD license.  In 2008,
 NetBSD retrospectively removed the 3rd clause (no advertising)
 http://www.netbsd.org/about/redistribution.html#why2clause
